Combines Russell Lands’ Leading Market Share on Lake Martin With a National Leader
LAKE MARTIN, AL- April 1, 2009 – Russell Lands, Inc. announced today that the company’s real estate brokerage operation, previously known as Russell Lands Real Estate, has joined the ERA Real Estate franchise network as ERA Lake Martin Realty, LLC. Russell Lands Real Estate has consistently been a market leader in combined listings and sales in the Lake Martin area and will now provide the ERA® franchise with a major presence in the highly sought after marketplace.
Established in 2004 as the real estate brokerage operation of Russell Lands, Inc., Russell Lands Real Estate has grown to encompass three offices around the Lake Martin area. In addition to its primary office located in Russell Lands’ corporate headquarters at Willow Point, the operation also has offices in Dadeville and Equality, Alabama.
According to Tom Lamberth, president and chief operating officer of Russell Lands, the ERA affiliation will accomplish a number of objectives for the company, specifically to help facilitate growth and enhance the company's marketing and training programs by taking advantage of the vast resources the ERA system provides. ERA Lake Martin Realty, LLC plans to tap into those resources to better train its agents and, in turn, provide unparalleled service to its customers.
